In many cases, people come to me with the problem of how to free a pump stuck in a 110 mm tube well using home remedies. In most cases, the diaphragm pump gets stuck in tube wells. This pump is able to lift water to very high heights by utilizing the 50 Hz waves of alternating current. It is not very powerful, so it also saves on electricity bills and can also be used in wells with low water flow. That is why many people like this pump. However, few people know how to place the pump in the well so that there are no problems for many years. A well pump (deep well pump) can work for us for a very long time if we put it in the drilled well taking into account the advice of well drillers!<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

In the case of drilled wells, there are tricks and practices for placing the pump so that the pump does not get stuck! For example: bundling the cables, placing them close to each other, the appropriate distance from the bottom of the well, how far it should be from the filter and I could list more, but this should always be told by the given well driller, since he knows what is where and at what depth. Usually they tell you, but the customers forget when the pump has to be removed from the well for some reason and another one is put in. For example, a higher-performance one, or a longer one. Actually, the problem is not with the dimensions, but when assembling the pump placed in the well, the problem listed above arises!<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

But if the pump is stuck, how do we get it out of the well? The pump can only get stuck in tube wells!<\/p>\n

As I said, there can be several reasons for this: \u2013 it was placed in the well incorrectly, or the well does not have a special filter, but holes were drilled in it with a drill, through which the sand was scattered over the pump. This can happen if it was washed out incorrectly, but it can also be the result of an earthquake.<\/p>\n

In most cases, a well camera is required to free a stuck pump.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

You may not have to pull the pump, but push it down, but you may have to turn it left instead of right to free it and avoid causing more damage than what is already there!<\/p>\n

Never force it! Don't have multiple people pull it, and especially don't pull it with a car, because I've heard that before!<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
