The channel <a href=\"https:\/\/woma.hu\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">for pressure testing<\/a> The slope of the canal can only be measured with a so-called self-propelled camera developed for this purpose.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">With a self-propelled sewer camera, we can measure from a pipe diameter of 160 mm up to 2000 mm. The self-propelled <a href=\"https:\/\/magyarendre.hu\/kameras-csatornavizsgalat\/\">cameras<\/a> They work in such a way that there is a pendulum in the four-wheeled camera, if the camera body tilts forward, the pendulum swings forward and shows the given minus value to the central unit, so the channel goes down. If the <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/magyarendre.hu\/kameras-csatornavizsgalat-a-legkorszerubb-gepek-segitsegevel\/\" title=\"camera\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">camera<\/a> the front of the body is facing upwards, then the pendulum swings backwards, showing the central unit the given plus value, so the channel is rising, or its slope is not appropriate. The camera uses the signal transmitted by the pendulum to print the slope graph of the given section on a graph, which shows the slope of the given section in percentage, as well as a report showing:<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2013 channel slope or rise in thousandths or millimeters<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2013 numbering of a given section, e.g.: SZ1-0-1 (This is a sewage canal section numbering)<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2013 shaft numbers within the section, e.g.: SZ14-SZ15 (we go from shaft 14 to 15)<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2013 the name of the customer<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2013 where was the test conducted (test title)<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2013 who conducted the investigation<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/magyarendre.hu\/a-csatorna-tisztitasa-es-zsirtalanitasa\/\">channel<\/a> diameter in millimeters e.g. 200 mm<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2013 channel material: kgpvc, concrete, iron, eternit other<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">When measuring the slope of a canal, we don&#039;t just examine the slope! In such cases, we also place great emphasis on examining the internal condition.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">It is important that:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>the sealing ring should not be turned inside out<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>the casing should be well slid together<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>No breakage, cracks, dents or whitening should be visible!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>the canal should be cleaned and prepared for examination<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">THE <a href=\"https:\/\/magyarendre.hu\/a-szennyvizcsatorna-karbantartasanak-fontossaga\/\">cleaning<\/a> This is very important, as the self-propelled camera needs a clean surface for accurate measurement!<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">When the inspection is complete, the video recording is printed out on a DVD or pendrive, along with the report and the slope diagram, and is given to the customer, who forwards it to the appropriate person. The person in charge analyzes it and makes a decision.
